WebProof has added two highly competent people to its Advisory Board to help and guide WebProof further in product development and online marketing.
At WebProof, we want to intensify our marketing and sale, which is currently sold by word of mouth, and improve our communications to our users. Last but not least, we want to enhance product development for the benefit of our customers.
Project director Niels Svinding, LEGO, will show WebProof how large organizations, such as LEGO, optimize their production and establish new work flows. Similarly, he will assist with the requirements specifications that companies must satisfy to be considered as new suppliers. Large organizations with many users and processes often have preferences for certain features.
Therefore, Niels Svinding will, with his profile, be able to take WebProof further into the next decade, which all 50,000 WebProof users will benefit from.
LEGO has been a customer of WebProof for many years, and Niels Svinding has followed the spread of WebProof worldwide use on all types of documents within LEGO. This is why WebProof consider it as a great compliment that LEGO has agreed to allow Niels Svinding to participate in WebProof’s Advisory Board.
Marketing executive Christian Anders Jorgensen of Planday has demonstrated incredible results through marketing on the internet. In a few years, the gazelle company Planday has increased the number of visitors and customers to its online staff-scheduling solution by almost 2,000%. It has a professional website with SEO, A/B testing and content marketing.
As Planday, like WebProof, hosts it software as a SaaS and both companies are very similar. WebProof is very happy that Planday has agreed to allow Christian Anders Jorgensen to advise WebProof in this area and hopefully in a similar way – by increasing sales considerably compared to today.
Moreover, Planday has good experience in streamlining its communications to existing customers to provide an optimal service and learning from its customers. This is an area where WebProof could learn much and which will benefit our customers.
The year 2015 will therefore be a very exciting year. WebProof II will be released. Features include video proofing with a timeline, website proofing, a basket purchasing function, free 3D page-flip, a WebProof iPad app, a WebProof Illustrator plugin and most importantly an API, so all companies can integrate with WebProof. In addition, a free WebProof version 4 + 4 users to the first 1,000 licenses who sign in. Free licenses will be given to our existing users who would like to have their own installation of WebProof.
Free licenses will also be given to designers and small offset and digital printers that usually do not need a large WebProof installation. This free WebProof license includes our free 3D page-flip, known from retail flyers but which can also be used for magazines etc.
