WebProof not affected by Heartbleed

heartbleed

At the beginning of April when the Heartbleed bug was made public, WebProof began to map all the technologies, components and services used in the WebProof platform. As we’re based on a Microsoft Windows platform, the use of OpenSSL is limited and our research has shown that we’re only using OpenSSL in one place, which is in our workflow product WebFlow. However, this is based on a previous version of OpenSSL that is not affected by Heartbleed. So, we can promise that no part of WebProof was vulnerable to the Heartbleed bug at any time.
